All patients at Bellegrove Surgery have been allocated a 'Named GP' as per changes to our contract from 1st April 2015. We have used the GP which was set on our system when you registered. This makes no difference to how you would access our services and you can still request to see your GP of choice. If you wish to know who your 'Named GP' is please ask at Reception, our Receptionists would be happy to change the Named GP for you if you wish.
