When it is your appointment your name and the doctors room will appear on the screen in the waiting area. If you have a visual impairment the doctor will come and collect you from the waiting area.

Social Prescribing

Social prescribing supports residents to access local services which can benefit health and wellbeing for non-medical needs. Referrals are made through your GPs, nurse and other health and care professionals. Our Community Wellbeing Co-ordinators can help you to find support for issues outside of the usual care that your GP or nurse may be able to provide. This involves linking residents with a range of activities that are typically provided by voluntary and community sector organisations.
