Booking Nurse Appointments - 020 8856 1770 (Option 1)
9.00 to 11.00am Monday to Friday
2.00 to 3.00pm Monday to Friday
The NHS App does not currently allow you to book appointments with GPs although you can still use it to order your repeat prescriptions. If you would like to book an appointment with a nurse you can phone or e-mail us at bellegrove.surgery@nhs.net to request this. Please specify what the appointment is for so we can book with the appropriate practice nurse or health care assistant.

Cancelling or changing an appointment
If you can not make your appointment let us know as soon as you can so another patient can book the appointment time. You can cancel or change your appointment:
Home Visits
We offer home visits to patients who are housebound or too ill to attend the surgery.
Please phone 020 8856 1770 option 6 (Reception) before 10.00am.
Primary Care Networks Enhanced Access
We want to make it easier for you to get an appointment. In addition to our normal opening hours, we also offer appointments in the morning 7am to 8am, evenings 6.30pm to 8pm and on Saturdays 9am to 5pm.
You will be offered a face to face appointment, but your appointment may also take place over the phone or video call.
We are working with our neighbouring GP surgeries to offer these additional appointments. You may be offered an appointment to attend one of the other surgeries listed below:

To book an appointment, please contact the surgery either by phone or online. If the practice is closed and you are calling to change or cancel your evening or Saturday clinic appointment, please email bhnc.8to8hub@nhs.net
If you need help when we are closed
- Use NHS 111 online (111.nhs.uk) or call 111. 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
