To access a GP submit an e-consult, provide as much information as possible. Be patient for a reply and work with us to help us to provide the best service possible. If we ask you to have blood tests or x-rays etc arrange to have these done as soon as possible. Be kind to our staff who are working extremely hard to give you the best service we can.
Ring before 10.00am if a home visit is necessary. Make out-of-hours calls only if really urgent.
Write in for repeat prescriptions before you run out of medicine. Allow 24-48 hours for collection or send an SAE.

Changing your address or contact details
We have two ways that you can change your address or contact details;
- You can either email the surgery with your name, date of birth and your changed details to bellegrove.surgery@nhs.net However please note that our emails are only checked twice a day at 9am and 2pm.
- Or you can change your details by collecting the ‘change of address' or 'change of contact details’ form from Reception, once filed out, please hand it back to one of the receptionists where they will pass it to the admin team.

Please note that it can take 3 to 4 days for the change to appear on your journal.
