Help Us To Help You

Keep yourself informed of practice activities by reference to this website and our booklet.

To access a GP submit an e-consult, provide as much information as possible. Be patient for a reply and work with us to help us to provide the best service possible. If we ask you to have blood tests or x-rays etc arrange to have these done as soon as possible. Be kind to our staff who are working extremely hard to give you the best service we can.

Ring before 10.00am if a home visit is necessary. Make out-of-hours calls only if really urgent.

Write in for repeat prescriptions before you run out of medicine. Allow 24-48 hours for collection or send an SAE.
