Due to the current outbreak of Coronavirus and to help stop the spread of the virus

OPEN SURGERY HAS BEEN SUSPENDED

UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

If you wish to consult with one of our doctors, please go home and complete an eConsult via www.econsult.net.

Please provide as much information as possible about your symptoms in the boxes provided

Our GPs or NP will respond in one of the following ways:

1. Directly to you via e-consult (your e-mail address must be provided) with advice
2. Telephone you with advice
3. A face to face appointment may be offered if necessary
4. A Receptionist may telephone you with advice from the GP

If you do not have internet access we can arrange for the GP Hub to phone you to complete on your behalf please phone Reception to book you in.
