PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU ARE SHOWING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING COVID SYMPTOMS:

• a high temperature
• a new, continuous cough
• a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste

What you can do to help us:

• wear your mask
• come prepared for the weather
• bring as little personal items as possible
• come alone
• follow staff directions
• follow the queuing system
• let staff know if you have reduced mobility
• use the hand sanitiser on entering and leaving
• limit contact within the surgery
• keep >2m distance throughout the surgery

How we will keep you safe:

• 1/2 capacity per time slot
• longer sessions
• extra staff to direct you
• queuing system using Masonic Car Park
• hand sanitising station on entering and leaving
• staff with appropriate PPE
• limited clinical contact and no seating or waiting available
• thorough cleaning of surgery before and after immunisation clinics
